leadership??

We all have ability. The difference is how we use it. We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says... I'll try again tomorrow.

TOday (21 July) problem is about leadership
it's a topic that is a stranger and a familiar topic to me..
everyone know that leadership it's all about influencing..

But have you wonder how to influence?
Leadership is a "skill" that you are born with?
or it's influence by other, how then handle, how they present themselves?
then this is call leadership??

Some are natural-born leaders.. Some are silent leaders..
Which type of leader are you??
are you a task-oriented or people-oriented leader?
Do you know their difference??
task-oriented = focus on task
people-oriented leader = focus on task but more on their welfare.

In the end of the day it's about Servant-leader.
