i said that is good that sch have this cip programme..

we will be able to know that there are many ppl ard us need help..
so by having cip it allows us to know what and how can we help them..
such as going to old folks home and orphanage's home..
we chat with them..and cheer them up..
then we also help the handicap ppl..

i say that the govt can more ways to help them..

old folks home and orphanage's home..and go to beach to clean up..
cleaning up the beach will keep the environment clean..
