This is the beautiful time of year where we complete the first half of the year's learning and graduate to the second half of all this year can bring. We celebrate with people of all ages as we each complete one phase of our lives in order to move on to the next.
It is a time of reflection and resolve to keep putting one foot in front of the other into the future we intend to create for ourselves. We leave behind institutions that no longer serve us and with each step forward, we continue to seek the new knowledge that will support the next leg of our journeys.
The question is: Are you evolving or revolving? Revolving would mean continuing to do things the way you've always done them on your previous pathway, expecting new and greater bearing results. Evolving would mean, thinking bigger and being open to learning something new and/or receiving rich, new, expansive ideas
