17th brithday

during sch hours..

After sch..
jia xuan, sheena, kai ling, aaron, jerome celebrated with me..
they also brought a birthday mango cake..
thaks alot..
Not forgetting then birthday bash..
my forehead had a bit of cream made by jerome..
during recess jerome and yan xiang also tickle and hit my head..lol..
2nd bash was by shergi and beeleng
shergi and beeleng did to me twice..
1st: we all in the toilet after sch..
they spray water on me..but not very wet..so is okay..haha..
2nd: time was few mins before chinese IP..
they poured water on my uniform..
gosh..quite wet..luckily i brought extra t-shirt..

i also gotten my rank too!!

and tis sat our company is going to get the gold award!!

15 Life Lessons They Don't Teach You In School

There is the type of education we get in school and there are life lessons we learn along the way. Both are important.The only problem is that life moves us far along before we figure out what's going on and the wisdom we hope to have gained is sometimes late in coming.To spare you some of the hard knocks and trial and error, here are some life lessons to help you along.

1)As Richard Carlson says, 'don't sweat the small stuff', and most of it is small stuff. Much of the time we get stressed and worked up over "stuff" that in the grand scheme of things really doesn't matter. When we allow ourselves get too caught up in it we ruin our perspective and don't take time to enjoy the moment.

2)Life can be unpredictable and throw you some curves. Just say "never" and see what happens! To avoid the jolt when life's surprises come your way, be prepared by being open-minded and maintain the positive mindset that welcomes the life lessons offered.

3)The most boring word in any language is "I". It's wonderful to be self-confident and self-sufficient, however, it's not all about you. There is nothing more monotonous than hearing someone talk about themselves and their accomplishments endlessly. Being self-centered is not the same as having self-confidence.

4)People are more important than things. Relationships are more important than any material goods you may acquire on the road to success. Without the love and support of family and friends in life, material goods are not of much use. Setting your values and priorities can help you establish what's important.

5)Nobody else can make you happy. Your happiness and state of mind are your responsibility. It's up to each of us to know what it takes to be balanced and happy. Our relationships enhance our lives and make them richer, but they do not "make" us happy. We do.

6)Character and integrity count. It's important to be a person of honor. Your good word and deeds inspire trust and confidence from family, friends and employers. Be the kind of person others are proud to know.

7)Forgive yourself, your friends and your enemies. We are all only too human. All of us slip sometimes and make mistakes. Holding grudges and past hurts only serves to prevent us from enjoying life to the fullest.

8)A good joke can be better than any pill. Take time to laugh each day. Humor really is good medicine.

9)There are no substitutes for exercise, eating well, and fresh air and sunshine. Never take your health for granted or underestimate how much feeling good physically affects your moods.

10)Persistence will eventually get you almost anything. Never give up. Keep your goals and dreams alive.

11)Television probably ruins more minds than drugs. Get away from the TV and read, exercise, learn and stretch yourself.

12)It's okay to fail. Everyone has failed at one time or another. Failure is a great life teacher. It teaches us humility and how to correct our course of action. Thomas Edison had a great attitude towards failure. He said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."

13)Learn from the mistakes of others. There's an old Zen proverb that states: "It takes a wise man to learn from his mistakes, but an even wiser man to learn from others."

14)Don't be afraid to show and tell others you love them. Life is short so learn to give and receive love. Love and be loved.

15)Live so that there is only standing room at your funeral. Be the best spouse, parent, friend, boss, worker that you can be and leave the world a better place than you found it.

it let me feel that i am going the right way..

Take five: Sit at the edge of your chair with your feet shoulder-width apart and upper body leaning forward past your knees. Hang your arms loosely at your sides. Raise your eyes to the ceiling, then slowly tilt your head back as far as you can. Gradually bring your chin forward to drop to your chest. Return to starting position, your chin parallel to the floor. Finally, draw both shoulders up toward your ears, then quickly release them. Repeat this sequence for five minutes.

Take five: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Breathe deeply into your belly. Reach toward the ceiling with your right arm, keeping your left side completely relaxed. Gently bend toward your left, maintaining a straight right arm. Hold stretch for up to 30 seconds. Breathe in deeply. Switch sides. Repeat for three to five times on each side.

As for me(my technique for dealing with stress)..
I write a list of all the things that are stressing me out (i also include people on the list). Then I cross off all the things I have absolutely no control over. This brings into focus what I can do to control my stress — finish this project or that one, clean off my cluttered desk, whatever it is. Then I can tackle those things, one at a time. This also gives me something to make me laugh — listing all the goofy things that stress me out.I blast music in my room(sometimes i just put on my earpiece) too..

neck injured day 2

neck pain..
but feeling better..
now at least can turn le..
only the muscle pain..
yesterday morning went yewtee to see chinese doctor..
he used the needle method..(i had 8 needles)..
then at 6pm still can't turn..
then mum bring me to causeway to see another Chinese doc..
this tis he using tui na..(massage)
at a temple there..
very pain..
want to shout but no voice came out frm my mouth..
then tears juz rolled down my cheeks..
then went hme ard 8pm++

then i sleep in sort of set up position..
can't really get to sleep..
pain..
then eat med..
gosh pills..
3 times a day
then 1 time have to swallow 4 tablets..
hai..luckily he gave me 4 days tablets..
so in total have to eat 48 tablets..

mon adam koo workshop till 9pm..
hopefully can survive

sprained neck..


ice bag helps??

today is Saturday!!
yes the week is ending..
and was juz as to wake up frm my bed
and guess what??
i Sprained my neck!!!
gosh!! this is my 2nd time..
very luckily..
it's only 5.30am morning..
i have not brush my teeth..
how am i going to brush and face my face..
but luckily the bathroom have a tall tap..
a bit like the art room tap..
then i squat a bit..
sian la..
last yr june i sprained my right side of my neck..
now is left side of my neck..

today supposing i going for sch road run n Chinese ip..
now both can't go..
i feel very very weired now la..
my head have to angle a bit to my right..
i can't look and nor down
i can't turn to my left nor right..
if need to look anywhere i have to turn my whole body
like robot la!!!
it's only 7.30am..
how am i going to survive the rest of the day..

neck very very tiring..very suan..
can't lie down...
90 degree...
perpendicular to the group..haha..sci phy..
then eat breakfast
eat mee-gi..
eat 1/4 of the packet..
then i have to place the bowl 90 degree at my mouth..
wao lao..very ma fan la..
later going to chinese doctor...hai..

next mon-wed adam koo workshop..
the friday have prize giving..hai..

raining cats and dogs..
thunder and lightning..
can't get to sleep..
it's already 3am..
things are rushing out frm my memories
Is anything going to happen??
No matter how much effort is no use..
Friendship is important to me
i hope that time can travel back..
sec back to sec 1 where i made my choice..
however i not sure i will continue to make e same choice..
on another hand it has help mr grown to be a better person
and let me met lots of ppl..
this also make me realise that world isn't good as i think..
friends might back stabbed you..betrayed you..
i can't believe that ur will back stabbed me..
